Prolific Manchester rapper and producer Algernon Cornelius releases the new single 'Black On Black', alongside a video from audio visual artist Ella Jo Skinner. The new track is a slight departure from his usual vocal delivery and showcases his inventive production style; its a dance track with a dark industrial feel, spectral echoing vocals that warp in and out of focus around the deep fuzzed out bass tones and breakbeats. In his own words the artists describes the meaning behind the track: "Black On Black is about escape velocity. Fear of Rarefication. No Naming. The self is a projection of all who shine their light on it. To fool this outsider gaze you have to be black on black. Infinite, Indefinite.
